Maxwell Builders, Inc. has been serving Goldsboro, Wayne County and Eastern NC since 1997 with commercial and residential construction and contracting services. We are fully licensed, bonded and insured as a general contractor in North Carolina.
Over the years, we have successfully completed hundreds of commercial and home construction projects, and the majority of our business comes from repeat customers and referrals. Our clients range from small businesses to large corporations and government agencies. We participate in design-build, fixed price, GMP, and negotiated contracts. We have extensive experience with all types of construction projects, including design build, ground up turnkey, new construction, building renovations, and pre-engineered metal buildings.
We’ve completed numerous federal projects at both Seymour Johnson AFB and Fort Bragg. We are a registered CCR and ORCA Certified Vendor with Federal Government.We are members of the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce, Homebuilders Association, and the Better Business Bureau.

Neil Maxwell has been involved in the construction industry for over 40 years, a lifetime of experience in all phases of commercial and residential construction. As a lifetime native of Goldsboro, NC, Neil has an intimate knowledge of the Wayne County and eastern North Carolina construction industry. Neil’s roots lay in his family history of architecture and design throughout North Carolina.
